We filmed the opening part of or 2 minute opening to a scene in a maisonette in Standon. We had permission from Conor’s sister who was the owner of the property. Being filmed in such an isolated part of Hertfordshire it was a struggle to arrange how all of us would mange to get there. It wasn’t up until the last day we organised how to get there. Me Andrew and Lyle got the bus and got there in the morning and Conor had been at the location for a number of hours before making sure that all the small element where there and the camera was working and ready to use. We only had one major problem in process, which was easily sorted, the camera would not screw onto the tripod, the resolve the situation me and Andrew walked to school and arranged to share a tripod with another group. All though the problem was not sorted and the camera would not stay on the tripod with a persons support so our shots where limited all though we did try our best to get mature shots and some interesting ones also. A number of the shots where shaky, so we filmed them a number of time so we had a choice of which shots to use.
The filming on a whole went all to plan not taking into account the exertion with our tripod and camera which was time consuming. He had to move the furniture so the set would look more like we imagined our character’s environment to be like. We had to put the props and Tottenham Hotspur memorabilia up to set the scene as an undercover arsenal fan. In my opinion he placed the camera in the right places and had a wide range of different and unique shots to make our production the best it could be. We had to assure that we set the scene so it was assured the audience knew where the film was going to lead and give them an idea of the storyline.
